Saturday evening November 11th at the Embassy Suites in Deerfield Beach is where the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception for Micheal and Ivy was held on the boardwalk over looking the ocean with DJ Marc Evans helping to create memories that will last forever for the bride and groom. The ceremony took place with the bridal party walking down the aisle to Lava from the movie and then Ivy walked down the aisle to Marry Me by Train. Once married, Micheal and Ivy walked back down the aisle to Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves. Cocktail hour was by the pool over looking the ocean as all the guests enjoyed the view while listening to Reggae and Steel drum music.
The guests were invited into the reception room that was highlighted with Cyan Blue LED up lights provided by Eddie B & Company. I introduced the bridal party to Beautiful Day by U2 then Micheal and Ivy to Marry You by Bruno Mars. The first dance was by Allison Krauss, When You Say Nothing at All and then I proceeded to invite all the guests to join in followed by the Traditional Hora as we all lifted Ivy and Mike in the air.
Guests were seated as the toasts and the prayer over the bread and wine were done followed by dinner.
Following the main course the party got started as dance music from all genres rocked the party. From Old Time rock and roll to Top 40 dance music. Mike and Ivy cut the cake to How Sweet it is as dessert was served, and the party continued.
The guests danced till the last song of the evening, which was a classic,The Last Dance by Donna Summer. Mike and Ivy were very happy with the job I did for them. he kept saying that the ceremony music was exactly what she wanted as we had spoke many times regarding the music. The family and friends danced all night long to the sounds of DJ Marc Evans.
