Good Day Bloggers!
This episode of the Wedding Blog brings us to the Embassy Suites Deerfield Beach for the ceremony and reception of Zach and Jena.
The ceremony was held on the Oceanside Dock. It is a perfect location for a seaside wedding.
As the guests arrived, I was asked to play NEO Classical music by the Vitamin String Quartet.
The ceremony commenced with the Bridal party entering with "Greatest Love Story" by Lanco. Then Jena arrived with the "Say you Won't Let Go" by James Arthur. The ceremony was on point and very inspirational. After they said their vows, I played " the "Mine (instrumental)" by Taylor Swift.
Now we walked over to the patio lounge for cocktails and snacks. I was asked to play "South Beach" style music. A great way to set the mood for a great evening.
Afterwards, I opened the main dining room and invited all of the guests to come in.
The room was highlighted with Cyan Blue LED up lights provided by Eddie B & Company.
I kept the bridal party outside. I then proceeded to introduce them with "It's Tricky" by RUN DMC. Then Jena and Zach entered the room to "All The Way Up" by Fat Joe. We immediately went into the first dance "I Don't Dance" by Lee Brice. Then we went into the celebration "Hora"! It went over great. The floor was packed! I continued to dance the guests for a little while longer. Shortly after that I asked everyone to take their seats for the first course. I then proceeded to ask Grandpa Len to come up for the Motzie blessing and then Jim Roberts to do the Kiddish wine blessing. The salads were served and everyone ate up! The Bride/Brother dance was next...."You've Got A Friend" by James Taylor. Then Zach danced with his Mom. They chose "Boy" by Lee Brice. Then Zach danced with their nine month daughter to "Best Day" by Taylor Swift. I then proceeded to ask the maid of honor and best man to say a few words. Now dinner was served.
Again, I kept it pretty light.
After dinner, I invited all of the guests to the dance floor for a slow song and then I turned up the heat!
It was a great group and I was able to play music from all styles and genres. We did the cake cutting. It went over quite well.
After that I got everyone moving again!
A great time was had by all....
