Bari and David Guzikowski celebrated their wedding at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Deerfield Beach, FL on 9/2/2018. Approximately 40 close friends and family members arrived to the hotel and were directed to the indoor ceremony in the St. Anne's Ballroom. After the ceremony they were all invited to the outside deck area for the cocktail hour. They all enjoyed drinks and appetizers and posed for pictures with Bari and David. I played a mix of tropical tunes and decorated the ballroom with 24 cyan up-lights and dance floor lights all provide by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 8 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Bari chose Walking On Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves as the intro song for the bridesmaids, Battle Cry by Jack White for the groomsmen and Black and Yellow by Wiz Khalifa for her and David's intro while everyone waved their terrible towels (it's a Steeler's thing)!! The first dance was to Let There Be Love by Oasis then we turned it up a notch with the traditional Jewish Hora!!! Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal but not before we had the toasts by Jamie (maid of honor) and Adam (best man) then Bari's dad and uncle Jeff blessed the meals. Bari did provide me with a nice play list that included top 40, disco classics, latin favorites and Rat Pack oldies. Perfect mix of genres for this small but very fun group of guests. The cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter) were performed as the evening progressed but the dance floor was the place to be. The closing song for the evening was Get Lucky by Daft Punk and that put a bow on a great Sunday night wedding.
Congrats to Bari, David and the entire Guzikowski and Morchower families.
Special thanks to Janeth and her wonderful staff at the Embassy Suites Hotel for always providing excellent service.
