Emily and Luis Negron celebrated their wedding at the Funky Buddha Brewery in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 2/9/2020. Approximately 100 close friends and family members arrived to the Funky Buddha that Sunday late morning and were directed to the barrel warehouse (at the rear of the brewery) for the ceremony. The cocktail hour followed right after the ceremony. All of the guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers as I played a mix of tropical tunes. As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 14 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Emily chose Echa Pa'lla by Pitbul for the bridal party intros along with her and Luis. The first dance was to You Got What I Need by Joshua Radin then Emily danced with her dad and Luis danced with his mom to Let Them By Little by Billy Dean. The toasts were given by Stephanie and Becky (maids of honor) and by Alejandro and Emmanuel (best men). Nathan Leonel gave the blessing of the meals then everyone found their seats and prepared for a brunch buffet. Emily provided me with a play list that had the dance floor pumpin' all afternoon. I played a mix of top 40, heavy latin tracks and a few requests from the guests. There was no garter/bouquet toss but the happy couple did have a cake cutting ceremony along with a few couples dances. Towards the end of the reception all of the guests were asked to gather outside of the building for a grand confetti send-off. Congrats to Emily, Luis and the entire Negron and Nelson families.
Special thanks to the amazing staff at the Funky Buddha for always providing top notch service.
