Lauren and David Ross celebrated their dream wedding at the Heitman House in Ft. Myers, FL on 1/28/2022. Approximately 120 guests arrived to the Heitman House that Friday late afternoon for a dockside ceremony over-looking the lake. After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour on the veranda. I played a mix of alternative tunes while all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. I also decorated the reception area with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, and our signature Sparktakular (cold sparks) all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom area I lined up the 15 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Lauren chose Lean Wit It for the bridal party intros and The Middle by Zedd for her and David's intro. The first dance was to In Case You Didn't Know by Brett Young then Lauren danced with her dad Scott to I Loved Her First by Heartland and David danced with his mom to Simple Man by Shinedown. The toasts were given by Chelsea (maid of honor) and Jimmy (best man) then both sets of parents gave the welcoming speeches. The buffet/stations were ready for everyone to enjoy and the reception was under way. Lauren did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic rock, country and 80s and 90s dance hits. Perfect mix of genres for this very energetic group of guests. What a beautiful night for Lauren and David!! The cake cutting ceremony was performed as the evening progressed and I also took plenty of requests specially for the group dances. The last song for the evening was Closing Time by Semisonic and that put a bow on a great Friday night Ft. Meyers wedding.
Congrats to Lauren, David and the entire Ross and Wagner families.
