Saturday evening October 15th at The Hilton Cabana in Miami is where Sean and Jessica were joined by close family and friends from all over to celebrate a long time coming. As ceremony was about to begin the rain started so we waited and then the ceremony began as the bridal party walked down the aisle to You Are the Reason, followed by Jessica and her dad to Canon in D by Brooklyn Duo. As the pastor united them, they walked down the aisle to Spring by Vivaldi.
Cocktail hour was to be on the pool deck but due to the rain it was down stairs overlooking the ocean. Friends and family enjoyed the Sounds of steel drums and Reggae as guest enjoyed the venue and the music preparing for an awesome evening.
Following cocktail hour guest were asked to enter the reception area held in the main room that was highlighted with Cyan Blue LED up lights, provided by Eddie B & Company. There was also a Open Air photo booth provided by Eddie B & Company. I introduced the crazy bridal party to Bring Em Out then Sean and Jessica to Donkey Butt, by the song you can figure out how the rest of the evening went. The first dance was to Chicago's, Your the Inspiration. Father Daughter dance to Butterfly Kisses, an oldie but a goodie. Mother son dance to The Perfect Fan, Backstreet Boys.
The toasts, the prayer and then the courses were served as I kept the tempo of music upbeat for a young and party crowd.
Following the main course, the party got rocking as they danced to hits from the 90's and 2000's and today's top 40. From Pitbulls dance songs from Fireball to Don't Stop the party. The dancing party also loved to do line dances to the Cupid Shuffle, the Wobble and even Cotton eye Joe.
The cake cutting was done to Build me up Buttercup, Bouquet toss to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and the garter toss to Keep Your Hands to Yourself.
The party continued as guests danced all night to the very last songs. Last Dance and Hit the Road Jack. At the conclusion of the event, Sean approached me and informed me that they were very pleased with the selection of music and the interaction I had done with there friends and family.
Great night with Great people…..DJ Marc Evans.
