Wedding and Reception at the Hilton Hotel 17th Street

On Saturday September 10th I had the pleasure to play for Fabiano and Luciane's  wedding at the beautiful Hilton Hotel & Marina in Fort Lauderdale. Ceremony took place outside just as the sun was setting, bridal party walked to “Bittersweet Symphony” by The Verve, the beautiful bride walked down to “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz, Once pronounced husband and wife they walked out to “I Say A Little Prayer For You” By Aretha Franklin. During Cocktail hour I played a mix of jazz and upbeat bossa nova. The new Mr. & Mrs. Mattos was introduced to “Can’t Stop The Feeling” by Justin Timberlake Followed by first dance to “Harvest The Moon” by Neil Young. During dinner I played ballads and jazz. Cake cutting was to “What The World Needs Now” By Jackie DeShannon. Dance floor was opened to “New York, New York” by Frank Sinatra from there on I mixed a variety of top 40’s, samba, sertanejo from brazil, 80’s and old school hip-hop they danced the night away.
