Saturday evening January 25th at the Holiday Isle Postcard Inn, Islamorada Florida is where the celebration for Andrew and Andrea was held overlooking the ocean under the moon lit sky with a small group of family and friends that traveled from near and far to celebrate along with DJ Marc Evans.
Guests arrived for the ceremony with the icey blue ocean in the back ground as the bridal party walked down to I Love You by Lou Reed, as Andrea followed to the song by Father John Misty, I went to the Store One Day. Once pronounced husband and wife, Andrew and Andrea danced back through the white sand to Date Night by father John Misty.
Cocktail hour was under the stars on the pier as guests enjoyed Reggae and Steel Drum music.
Andrew and Andrea chose not to have a formal introduction so as cocktail hour ended, guest were welcomed by the father of the bride and then the food stations were opened for all to enjoy as I played music from the very extensive song list that Andrea provided from Marvin Gaye, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and many more artists.
Following dinner, Andrew and Andrea did a first dance to 10,000 Emerald Pools, followed by Andrea and her dad to Father and Daughter by Paul Simon and then Andrew and his mom to God Only Knows by The Beach Boys.
The toast followed and the dancing began slowly and then picked up towards the end of the night as many of the guests to include the many sisters of the bride, requested old school 80's and 90's as they danced towards the end of the evening to the final songs requested by Andrew and Andrea which were Semisonics, Closing Time, Oy Como Va and Dirty Dancing as Andrew lifted his wife in the air.
The following day I received a text from the groom letting me know that the guest were still speaking about the great time they had and how the music was perfect for there special day. Congrats from DJ Marc Evans and the Eddie B Company.
