Saturday evening February 23, 2019 in Islamorada Florida at The Islander Resort over looking the Atlantic ocean is where the celebration began for Andrew and Erin Wright. The ceremony was held on the beach. The music was provided by our steel drummer, Brian Henry who played for the ceremony and the cocktail hour.
Following the cocktail hour, the guests were invited under the main tent area where the wedding continued and was highlighted with Cyan Blue LED up lights and the great sounds of DJ Marc Evans. The tent was set up on the sand overlooking the moon lit ocean. The bridal party was introduced to Forever by Chris Brown and Andrew and Erin were introduced to The FSU Fight Song. The first dance followed to Can't Help Falling in Love by Elvis. The father daughter dance to The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra and the mother son dance to Song For Momma by Boys to Men.
As the guests found there seats and the prayer was completed, the first course was served.
Dinner was then served and completed as the toast were made, followed by the cake cutting ceremony, the garter and bouquet toss. Sugar Sugar for the cake, Single Ladies for the ladies and Pony for the garter.
Music genres consisted of everything from the Love Shack to Neil Diamond and lots of dance and hip hop to include all line dances from The Cha Cha Slide to The Wobble and Cupid Shuffle .
Andrew asked me to play Proud to Be an American as the last song of the night along with Journey, Don't Stop Believen as he thanked me for a great time with his family and friends as they danced all night to the sounds of DJ Marc Evans.
