Mariah and Matthew Rowell celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 3/15/2022. This fun wedding began with a beachside ceremony where approximately 50 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot. The cocktail hour took place at the tiki bar and as everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers I played a mix of tropical tunes. When it was time for the grand entrance I had all of the guests make a circle on the dance floor. I introduced the parents then Mariah and Matthew had their first dance to You Make It Easy by Jason Aldean. Mariah then danced with her mom to You Are My Sunshine (Lullaby Version) and Matthew danced with his mom to My Wish by Rascal Flatts. The toasts were given by Tanya (best friend) and by Mariah herself then everyone prepared for a buffet style dinner. Mariah requested that I play to her guests and to take as many requests as I wanted. Well this was a very energetic group and they really did party hard. I played a mix of top 40, country hits, 80s and 90s dance hits and classic rock. Perfect mix for this bunch!! We did have a cake cutting as the evening progressed (no garter/bouquet toss) but the dance floor was extra hot. The closing song for the evening was Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks and that put a bow on a nice Key Largo Tuesday night wedding.
Congrats to Mariah, Matthew and the entire Rowell family.
Special thanks to the staff at the Key Largo Lighthouse for always providing excellent service.
