Wedding and Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Cortlynn and Altarique Murphy celebrated their dream wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 3/29/2022.  Approximately 60 close friends and family members arrived to the venue and they were directed to the beachside ceremony.  After the happy couple tied the knot everyone was invited to the tiki bar for the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of classic r&b tunes while they all enjoyed drinks and appetizers and posed for pictures with Cortlynn and Altarique.  Before the grand intro I had all of the guests make a big circle in front of the tiki dj booth.  Cortlynn chose a few songs for the grandparents, parents and the entire bridal party for their grand entrance.  She also chose Neat by Q Money for her and Altarique's intro then they went right into their first dance which was Get You by Daniel Caesar.  Cortlynn then danced with her grandpa Joe to Wind Beneath My Wings by Gerald Levert and Altarique danced with his mom to Smile, Mama Smile by Rick Ross.  All of the guests were then invited to the reception/dinner tent for a buffet style dinner.  The toasts were given by several family members and friends then the happy couple cut their beautiful wedding cake.  Cortlynn did provide me with a play list that included r&b, and Hip-Hop favorites.  The dance floor opened up after dinner and they danced the night away and even asked me to stay for an extra hour.  The closing song for the evening was I DO by Young Greezy and that put a bow on a nice Tuesday night keys wedding.
