Wedding and Reception at the Key Largo Lighthouse

Linda and Peter Luu celebrated their wedding at the Key Largo Lighthouse in Key Largo, FL on 6/21/2023.  Approximately 100 guests arrived to the lighthouse and were directed to the beach-side ceremony overlooking the Gulf.  After Linda and Peter made it official with a big kiss, everyone was invited to the tiki bar for the cocktail hour.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. Linda and Peter took the time to pose for wedding pictures with immediate family members.  When it was time for the grand entrance I lined up the 14 member bridal party.  Linda chose Celebration by Kool and The Gang for the parents intros, Pretty Girls Walk by Big Boss Vette for the bridesmaids, Real N***a Roll Call by the Eastside Boys and The Next Episode by Dr. Dre for her and Peter's intro.  The first dance was to This Is It by Scotty McCreery then Peter danced with his mom to A Song For Mama by Boyz II Men and we had a couples dance to Amazed by Lonestar.  All of the guests were then invited to the reception tent for a buffet style dinner and the toasts.  During the meals, Christine (MOH) and Danny (BM) gave the toasts then Linda's dad have the welcoming speech.  The dance floor opened up and got filled very quickly.  Linda provided me with a play list that included top 40, bachata, hip-hop and R&B.  Perfect mix of genres for this fun group of guests.  The cake cutting and the garter/bouquet toss were performed as the evening progressed along with more couples dances.  The closing song for the evening was Don't Stop Believing by Journey and that put a bow on a fabulous Tuesday night Keys wedding.
