Wedding and Reception at the Loews Hotel

Diane and Jim Libman celebrated their dream wedding at the Loews Hotel in Miami Beach, FL on 9/23/2023.  This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony at the courtyard of the hotel where approximately 80 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot.  After the ceremony all of the guests were invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of Rat Pack favorites while they all mingled and I also decorated the ballroom with 20, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom, I lined up Diane, Jim and both of her daughters for the grand entrance.  Diane chose The Business by Tiesto for her daughter's intros and I'm Good by D. Guetta for her and Jim's intro.  The first dance was to You're All I Need by M. Gaye and T. Terrell then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  The toasts were given by Diane's daughters Lilliana and Sofia and by Jon (Jim's brother).  Diane did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic 80s and 90s hits, latin and Italian favorites and freestyle.  Great mix of genres for this very energetic group of guests that danced the night away.  We had been friends with Diane for over 30 years and it was my absolute pleasure being the DJ for her and Jim's big day.  The dance floor opened up after dinner and we partied until the end.  Diane surprised her daughters when she requested a dance to Ain't No Mountain High Enough...nice touch by Diane.  The closing song for the evening was Last Dance by Donna Summer and that put a bow on a very unforgettable evening.  Congrats to Diane, Jim and the entire Libman family.
