Wedding and Reception at the Marriott Hotel / Hollywood Beach

Mellissa and David Gagliano celebrated their wedding at the Hollywood Beach Marriott in Hollywood, FL on 8/5/2017.  The ceremony and cocktail hour live music was provided by our very own Islay (acoustic guitarist).  After a beautiful beach ceremony that was witnessed by approximately 50 close friends and family members, all of the guests were invited to the dinning room lobby for the cocktail hour.   I took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless uplights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As everyone entered the ballroom for the reception I lined up the 6 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Melissa chose Peter Gunn by The Blues Brothers for the bridal party entrance and It's Not Unusual by Tom Jones for her and David's entrance.  The first dance was to Like A Cowboy by Randy Houser then Melissa danced with her dad to Colours Of The Wind from The Pocohantas soundtrack.  The toasts were given by Megan (maid of honor) and Jonathan (best man) then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  Melissa did provide me with a short play list and asked that I have fun with her guests.  I played a mix of top 40, country, oldies and 80s and 90s dance hits.  After dinner the dance floor got a bit busy and they danced the night away.  As the night progressed were had the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss.  We also performed an anniversary dance that was won by grandma and grandpa.  As the evening came to an end David requested the song Don't Stop Believing by Journey as all of the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor with the happy couple.  Congrats to Melissa , David and the entire Gagliano, Hartley and Paulsen families.
