On Saturday March 9th, I had the pleasure to play for Andrew and Kaylee’s wedding at the beautiful Marriot mHotel in Marathon. Ceremony took place under the beautiful blue skies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. As guests arrived I played a variety classical songs to set the wedding mood. Bridal party and the beautiful bride Kaylee walk down the street to “Canon in D” by Pachelbel. Once pronounced as the newlyweds they walked out to “Best Of My Love” by The Emotions. During cocktail hour I played a mix of reggae and calypso. Once Cocktail hour concluded the sun was setting. Our blue and pink LED Up Lights provided by Eddie B & Company was shining on the palm trees and tent set the mood for the evening. Bridal party intro was to “Lovely Day” by Bill Withers, Followed by Andrew and Kaylee’s very special first dance to “ Best Part” By Daniel Caesar. Kaylee shared a special dance with her father Tony to “edmund fitzgerald” By Gordon Lightfoot, Andrew and his mother Kathleen share a dance to “Pata Pata” by Miriam Makeba. Prayer before the meal was given by Kaylee’s grandfather John Jansen. Speeches was given by best man Elio and maid of honor Abby Grech. During dinner I kept upbeat and fun, I played the motown hits. Cake cutting was to “Sugar” by Maroon 5, followed by bouquet toss to “Where Them Girls At” by David Guetta. From there on this party was LIT I played all the top 40’s, dancehall, hip hop, motown's and 80 hits. Last song of the evening was to “You’re My Best Friend” by Queen.
