Wedding and Reception at The Maxwell Room

Kathrine and Chris celebrated their dream wedding at the Historic Maxwell Room in Fort Lauderdale on 05/29/2021. Approximately 60 close friends and family members arrived and were directed to the courtyard for the ceremony. Kathrine walked down the Aisle to (You Are The Reason by Calum Scott). Once the ceremony ended we celebrated Kathrine and Chris as they walked out to (You Are The Best Thing by Ray LaMontagne). The cocktail hour took place inside the venue. As all of the guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers I played a cool mix of oldies but goodies and today's pop hits. Kathrine chose (Marry You by Bruno Mars) for their intro.The first dance was (Lucky by Jason Marz and Colbie Caillat). Then Kathrine danced with her mom to (Volgda by Pesnyray), followed by the Mother-son dance to (My Wish by Rascal Flatts). The toasts were given by Michelle (matron of honor) and the (best man) Jason.  Everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal. I played a mix of top 40, 90s classic dance hits, classic rock and latin favorites.  What a fun group of guests! It truly was a pleasure to play for them that evening. As the evening progressed we had the Cake Cutting Ceremony listening to (Better together by Jack Johnson) which everyone enjoyed. The closing song for the evening was (I had the Time of My Life by Black Eyed Peas), the gathered guests celebrated on the dance floor with Kathrine and Chris joyously for their final send-off.  Perfect ending to the perfect wedding.  Congrats to Kathrine, Chris and the entire Brown family.
