Wedding and Reception at the Maxwell Room / Ft. Lauderdale

We had an amazing event last Saturday; October 19th, 2013 at the historical Maxwell Room in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. The reception kicked off at 5:00 pm and the guest's arrived in good spirits. The bar was in full swing and the bartender was quickly earning his keep. Around 6:00 pm it was time to do the introduction of the bridal party. We lined up the bridal party and kicked it off with Chris Brown, Forever. Everyone from the parents to the flower girls and ring bearer came in dancing around while setting the tone for fun evening ahead! Next we announced the brand new Mr. Christopher Plante to Bruno Mars,  Treasure. After the introduction Emily and Chris did the first dance to Van Morrison, Crazy Love. Next Emily danced with her father Tommy to Landslide by Fleetwood Mac. Chris also danced with his mother Beverly to Kenny Rogers,  Through The Years. Next Charlotte and Micheal gave heartfelt toasts to congratulate Chris and Emily. After the toasts we sat the guests down for dinner. After dinner it was time for Chris and Emily to cut the cake. We played Jason Mraz; Lucky and they shared the cake and a kiss! Next we had Chris remove the garter to the theme song to the movie Rocky! Emily through her bouquet to Single Ladies by Beyoncé. Once the formalities were complete we danced the night away! The reception was so much fun and Chris and Emily are a wonderful couple. I wish them all the best for the future. Peace Out!!!
