Wedding and Reception at the Doubletree Ocean Point Resort in Sunny Isles

Kara and Ehsan Sorbi celebrated their dream wedding at the Ocean Point, Double Tree Resort in Sunny Isles, FL on 10/21/2017.  Approximately 110 guests arrived that evening and were directed to the indoor ceremony on the 2nd floor.  They witnessed a very beautiful ceremony then where invited to the cocktail hour on the first floor.  They enjoyed drinks and appetizers while I played a mix of tropical tunes.  Myself and Chris took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 lavender colored, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and our signature "Strike A Pose" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 15 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Kara chose Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars for the bridal party intros and Don't Stop The Music by Rihanna for her and Ehsan's intro.  The first dance was to Make You Feel My Love by Adele then Kara danced with her dad to Fathers and Daughters by Michael Bolton and Ehsan danced with is mom to A Song for My Son by Mikki Viereck.  The toasts were given by Jennifer (maid of honor) and Ben (best man) then all of the guests found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  Kara did provide me with a play list that included top 40, classic rock, 80s and 90s pop and latin favorites.  It was amazing watching everyone on the dance floor gave such a great time.  These guests filled up the dance floor after dinner and hardly stopped.  The happy couple did have a garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting ceremony but the dance floor was the place to be.  The closing song for the evening was Closing Time by Semisonic as all of the guests gathered on the dance floor for the grand send off.  Congrats to Kara, Ehsan and the entire Sorbi, Gevirtz and Afsharpour families.
