Friday night, June 28, 2013 on Miami beach at The Palms Hotel is where Seth and
Jennifer became husband and wife on the beach with family and friends to the
steel drum music of Brian Henry of Eddie B & Company.
For the ceremony
and the cocktail hour he played the hit songs on his steel drums.
When
cocktail hour concluded, I, Marc Evans, lined up the bridal party and introduced
them to the requested music of Sexy and I Know It and then for the bride and
groom, The Way You Make Me Feel by Michael Jackson. The first dance was to Lucky
by Jason Mraz.
The bride then danced with her dad to Stevie Wonders,
Isn't She Lovely. The groom danced with mom to You'll Be In My Heart by Phil
Collins....
Salad and main course were then served as I played requested
music from Maroone 5, Adele, Aerosmith, Van Morrison, Michael Buble, Seal and many
more.
Following dinner, the bride and groom made the toast and thanked
everyone and then I played dedication songs to the parents of the bride,
Evergreen by Barbara Streisand and then Crazy Love by Van Morrison for her
brother.
After all formalities and dedications, the bride and groom and
all of the guests danced all night long. Doing shots at the bar as I played
Shots from LMFAO. The music ranged from The Cupid Shuffle to Ted Nugent. They
danced to the Cha Cha Slide, Gonna Make You Sweat, Raise Your Glass, Bohemian
Rhapsody and all the Top 40 hits along with hip hop. The cake cutting was messy (if you know what I mean!) and
was to the music of U2, Sweetest Thing.
At the end of the party I played
Time of Your Life by Greenday as they exited the room to light sparkles on the
boardwalk with the bride and groom.
An awesome time was had by
all.....Marc Evans
