Wedding and Reception at the Palms Hotel / South Beach

Karen and Armand Copani celebrated their wedding at the Palms Hotel in S. Beach, FL on 7/6/2019.  This fun wedding began with an outdoor ceremony in the courtyard underneath the gazebo.  Karen and Armand tied the knot and sealed their love with a big kiss in front of 80 close friends and family members.  Everyone was then invited to the cocktail hour for drinks and appetizers while I played a mix of tropical tunes.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and a 55' LED flat screen for a slideshow all provided by Eddie B and Company.  Karen also added to her wedding package our very own percussionist Mr. Steve Kornicks to accompany me and add to the fun.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 10 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Karen chose Give Me Everything Tonight by Pitbull for the bridal party intros and Let's Get It Started by The Black Eyed Peas for her and Armand's intro.  The first dance was to Always Remember Us by Lady Gaga then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  The blessing of the meals was given by Tessa (maid of honor) and Brooke (family friend) then during dinner Asmaa (maid of honor) and Jason (best man) gave the speeches.  The reception was in full swing and I couldn't wait to get the fun/danceable music playing to see Steven in action.  It wasn't long before the dance floor filled up and I got the chance to play some top 40, classic rock, 80s and 90s dance hits and a few latin favorites.  The highlight of the evening was when one of Armand's friends put on a wig and a skirt and posed as Karen for the garter removal...PRICELESS!!  As the evening progressed we did have a cake cutting ceremony and the bouquet toss for all to enjoy.  The closing song for the evening was The Party's  Over by Willie Nelson and that put a bow on an amazing Palms Hotel Saturday night wedding!!
