Wedding and Reception at The Palms / Miami Beach

Gina and Tung Nguyen celebrated their wedding at the Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, FL on 4/24/2022.  Approximately 50 close friends and family members arrived to the Palms and were directed to the outdoor ceremony in the courtyard.  After the happy couple tied the knot they were all invited to the cocktail hour by the pool.  They all mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers while I played a mix of tropical tunes.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests found their seats at the reception I lined up the 10 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Gina chose Raise Your Glass by Pink for the bridal party intros and Happy Together by The Turtles for her and Tung's intro.  The first dance was to Lucky by Jason Mraz then Gina danced with her dad to Unforgettable by Nat and Natalie Cole.  The toasts were given by Anna (maid of honor) and Caleb (best man) then Mr. Gary Gianni (FOB) gave the welcoming speech.  A buffet/station style dinner was ready and the reception was in full swing.  Gina did provide me with a play list that included top 40, alternative, EDM and Country tunes.  Perfect mix of genres for this fun group of guests.  After dinner the dance floor filled up and it was a non-stop dance party until the cake cutting and the bouquet toss(no garter).  For the closing songs Gina and Tung chose One More Time by Daft Punk and Glad You Came by The Wanted.  Perfect ending to a perfect Sunday night Miami wedding.
