Wedding and Reception at the Parkland Country Club

Saturday evening, February 22nd at The Parkland Country Club is where the wedding celebration for Jack and Katie Donahue was held as DJ Marc Evans of Eddie B & Company helped to create a very special day for the happy couple. 

The ceremony was held outside as the bridal party walked down the aisle to Stand By Me by The Pianos Cover Club. Katie walked down the aisle to Can't Help Falling in Love by Daniel Jang. Once the pastor introduced the bride and groom as Mr. and Mrs Donahue, the recessional song was Sweet Disposition by The Temper Trap.

The Cocktail hour was on the back terrace over looking the golf course as the cocktail genre was upbeat budha music to get the young party crowd ready for a fun and exciting evening.

The ballroom was opened and highlighted in Amber LED up lighting and dance floor lights  provided by Eddie B & Company. The guests entered as I prepared the bridal party for their entrance. The parents, and the bridal party entered into the main room dancing to Drakes, Nice for What  and No Hands by Wacka Flacka as the LED Dance Floor Lights created a great special effect. Jack and Katie then proceeded to begin their first dance to Yellow by Kina Grannis which was choreographed.

The Mother Son dance was to Simple Man acoustic version, then the Father Daugter dance was to My Wish by Rascal Flatts.

Guests were asked to be seated as the first course, the toasts and main course were all done back to back to create more dancing. 

Once dinner was over the guests danced for the remainder of the evening to Hip Hop and lots of disco for the parents and there friends. Old Time Rock and Roll such as Shout and Rock around the Clock got all the guests to join as one on the floor dancing. 

Love Me Like You Do was the closing song chosen as the evening had come to a close, and the sparkler send off was taking place outside.
