Meghan and Max Meyers celebrated their wedding at the Pelican Club in Jupiter Beach, FL on 10/14/2022 along with 100 close friends and family members. The ceremony was held at the Jupiter Lighthouse right across the canal from the Pelican Club. All of the guests witnessed a beautiful ceremony then they were all invited to the club for the cocktail hour and reception. At the cocktail hour I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers. Meghan and Max posed for pictures until it was time for everyone to find their seats in the ballroom. During cocktail hour I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 20 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company. I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Meghan chose Something I'm Good At by Brett Eldredge for the bridal party intros as well as for her and Max's intro. The first dance was to L.O.V.E. by Nat King Cole then Max danced with his mom to Moon River by Frank Sinatra and Meghan danced with her brother Miles to Bridge Over Troubled Waters by Simon and Garfunkel. The toasts were given by Melina (maid of honor) and Eli (best man) along with a very amusing speech by Meghan's brother Miles. The first of a 3 course meal was ready to be served and the reception was in full swing. Meghan did provide me with a play list that included top 40, country, latin favorites and 80s and 90s hits. Perfect mix of genres for this very excited group of guests. The cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter) were performed as the evening progressed but is was the dance floor where everyone was jamming. Before all of the remaining guests made their way outside for a sparkler send-off I played Don't Stop Me Now by Queen and Love Story by Taylor Swift as the closing songs.
Congrats to Meghan, Max and the entire Meyers, Aronson and LeLonde families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Pelican Club for always providing excellent service.
