Wedding and Reception at the Pelican Grand Beach resort

Zaidinette and Scott Peavler celebrated their wedding at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 4/13/2019.

This amazing wedding began with a beach ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  Approximately 100 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot then they were all invited to the cocktail hour on the 12th floor. I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers.  I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber, LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 13 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Zaidinette chose Sexy Back by J. Timberlake for the bridal party intros and Now That We Found Love by Heavy D for her and Scott's intro.  The first dance was to Stand By Me by Ben E. King then Zaidinette danced with her mom to Mama's Song by C. Underwood then Scott danced with is mom to Humble & Kind by Tim McGraw.  The toasts were given by Shalaida (maid of honor) and Chris (best man) then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  Zaidinette did provide me with a play list that included top 40, latin favorites, country, classic rock and Motown.  What a great mix of genres for this fun/upbeat group of guests.  They packed the dance floor after dinner and danced the night away.  As the evening progressed we did have a garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting ceremony along with a few couples dances.  The closing song for the evening was Friends In Low Places by Garth Brooks as everyone gathered on the dance floor with the happy couple.  Congrats to Zaidinette, Scott and the entire Peavler, Ahlstedt and Figueroa families.
