Wedding and Reception at the PGA National

Lan and Michael Shang celebrated their wedding at PGA National in WPB, FL on 9/22/2018.  This amazing wedding began with a beautiful outdoor ceremony on the Lakeside lawn where approximately 120 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot.  The cocktail hour took place immediately after the ceremony at the lobby area outside of the ballroom.  I played a mix of tropical favorites and took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber LED, wireless up-lights and dance floor lights all provided by Eddie B & Company.  As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 19 member bridal party for the grand entrance.  Lan chose Can't Stop The Feeling by J. Timberlake for the bridal party entrance and I Choose You by Sara Barelles for her and Michael's intro.  The first dance was to Perfect by Ed Sheeran then everyone found their seats and prepared for a 3 course meal.  The toasts and prayers were given by 11 different family members while the meals were being served.  Lan did provide me with a short play list and asked me to make sure that everyone got a chance to dance.  What a fun group of guests I had that evening.  They really enjoyed the mix of genres and also requested a few of the newer group dances.  Lan and Michael did have a cake cutting ceremony and also had a bouquet toss (no garter) as the evening progressed.  The closing song for the evening was Save The Last Dance For Me by Michael Buble and that put a bow on an amazing Saturday night wedding!!  Congrats to Lan, Michael and the entire Shang and La families.
