Shara and John Kiddy celebrated their wedding in style at the Plaza De Lago in Heron Bay, FL on 3/2/2013. The outdoor ceremony began on time and was witnessed by approximately 100 of Shara and John's closest friends and relatives. Shara is very detail oriented and she typed out the entire play list for the evening. That makes my job so easy when a bride knows exactly what she wants to hear at her wedding. The special touch at the ceremony was when Shara and John's two friends played a song with their guitars during the sand ceremony. That was special! After the ceremony everyone mingled in and out of the reception ballroom while John and Shara posed for pictures with the guests. The ballroom was decorated with 20 amber color up-lights and a monogram on the ceiling that read Shara & John that was part of the wedding package provided by Eddie B & Co. For the intros, Shara chose Glad You Came by The Wanted for the bridal party and Feel This Moment by Pitbull and Christina Aguilera for her and John. The guests were extremely loud and on their feet when John and Shara finally walked into the room as the new Mr. and Mrs. Kiddy. They went right into their first dance which was God Gave Me You by Blake Shelton then Shara danced with her dad to I Loved Her First by Heartland and John danced with his mom to I Hope You Dance by Leanne Womack. The toasts were given by Shara's sister Somer (matron of honor) and the best man Jarrod. The dinner was buffet style for all to enjoy, the smooth jazz and Rat Pack favorites were playing and the reception was officially in full swing. Shara and John put together a small play list for me and let me handle the rest. They have seen me in action before at Diane and Adam Elliot's wedding (good friends) and Somer and Brian's wedding (Shara's sister). So the guests were very familiar with me and my style of entertaining and they hung out at the DJ booth a lot to request songs or to just chat. After dinner the dance floor was completely packed and Shara came up with the idea to do the Harlem Shake. Her dad Fred started it off in the middle of the dance floor with some funny glasses then when the beat dropped they went crazy!!! It was hilarious!! The rest of the evening was spent dancing then Shara and John cut their beautiful wedding cake and then performed the garter/bouquet toss. The last song for the evening was Last Dance by Donna Summer as John and Shara received a big group hug from their friends and family. What a perfect way to end the perfect day!! I really enjoyed this wedding because of the high energy everyone had and the fact that I got to see a few familiar faces. Congrats to Shara, John and the entire Trice and Kiddy families. See all of you in April for Jonathan and Natalie's wedding down in Key West!!!
