Saturday evening October 9th at the International Polo Club in Wellington is where Avery and Bianca Wonacott finally after a year celebrated with family and friends. Though it rained and we were unable to be on the Polo field, the ceremony overlooked the fields under the awnings of the Polo Club. Avery along with his parents and groomsmen walked down the aisle to At Last by The Vitamin String Quartet followed by the Bridesmaids to Perfect, the violin and cello version. Bianca, looking beautiful, walked down the aisle with her Poppi to Can't Help Falling in Love by the Brooklyn Duo. The ceremony was very emotional due to covid. They were already married a year ago so they celebrated their one year anniversary with the father of the groom performing the ceremony and Avery and Bianca reading there vows and instead of a ring exchange, they both did a shot of Fireball, awesome idea. Once the father of the groom introduced the bride and groom, I played Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Great Ceremony..
During cocktail hour, the sun finally came out over the polo fields, so the couple and their families were able to do family photos and as requested I played all Vitamin String Quartets top songs.
Once the main dining room was open, family and friends were invited into a room that was highlighted with amber LED up lights and LED dance floor lights. I danced the bridal party and the parents into the main room to Crazy in Love followed by Avery and Bianca to FSU fight song and then Feel So Close as family and friends circled the bride and groom and sang very loud for the awesome couple. Avery and Biancas first dance was to Can't Take My Eyes off of you by Frankie Valli and then Bianca danced with her Poppi to My Girl followed by Avery and his mom to Isn't She Lovely.
After the family and friends found their seats Poppi welcomed everyone and the first course was served as well as the Photo Booth was open (provided by Eddie B & Company), where I invited everyone throughout the night to utilize the props and place a pic in the album, sign the book for the bride and groom.
Dinner took a while to get out of the kitchen and I saw that family and friends along with the bride and groom were getting antsy so I decided to dance them and man did they dance. I rocked the music and they rocked the dance floor for 25 minutes prior to dinner. great job!
Once dinner was over, I began to dance them once again and went straight through til the end of the evening. Bianca and Avery kept coming over to me to thank me for a great job and that everyone's having an awesome time. The last song of the evening was Everlasting by Natalie Cole.
Congrats and enjoy your honeymoon in Madrid Spain. DJ Marc
