Jacqueline and Chris Hunt celebrated their wedding at the Riverside Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 11/27/2021. Approximately 100 close friends and family members arrived to the Riverside and were invited to the 8th floor for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The ceremony and cocktail hour were held outdoors on the veranda. After the ceremony all of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers at the cocktail hour while I played mix of tropical tunes. I also decorated the ballroom with 20, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and our "Open Air" photo booth all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 14 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Jacqueline chose Good Feeling by FloRida for the bridal party intro and Best Day Of My Life by American Authors for her and Chris' intro. The first dance was to Speechless by Dan + Shay then Jacqueline danced with her dad to My Little Girl by Tim McGraw then Chris danced with his mom to Forever Young by Rod Stewart. The toasts were given by Janet (maid of honor) and Jon (best man) then all of the guests found their seats and prepared for a buffet/station style dinner. Jacqueline did provide me with a play list that included top 40, hip-hop and r&b, country and Motown. Great mix of genres for this very energetic group of guests. The dance floor filled up very quickly after dinner and the dancing continued to the end. We did take a break for the cake cutting ceremony and I also took plenty of requests for latin favorites and more country. The last songs for the evening was Closing Time by Semisonic and that put a bow on a nice Saturday night wedding at the Riverside.
Congrats to Jacqueline, Chris and the entire Hunt and Bernert families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Riverside for always providing excellent service.
