On 2/20/14 I was at the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami. The ceremony and wedding of Nestor & Jessica Rodriquez took place in front of 100 friends and family members. The ceremony was outside in the garden area. The sounds of instrumental Carlos Santana played as guests were seated. The wedding party walked to "Storybook Love" by M.Knopfler. Jessica walked down the aisle to "Marry Me" by Train. The recessional was to "Livin On a Prayer" by Bon Jovi. Cocktail hour took place in the monastery as I was set up in the court yard playing a mix of soft Carlos Santana & a mix of Spanish Guitar. Red LED up-lights highlighted the stone walls of the monastery and the LED dance floor lights added color to the courtyard. All were provided by Eddie B & Company. The introduction of the wedding party was next to "Gangnam Style", and the bride and groom to "Animals" mixing in "Harlem Shake' as all joined in to dance. The first dance was next to "Mirrors" as I mixed in "Vivir Mi Vida" half way in. Toasts were given and then the first course was served. After the first course was finished Jessica danced with her father to "Theme From a Summer Place", and Nestor danced with his mother to "Stand by Me" by Prince Royce. After dinner it was party time until the cutting of the cake to "Material Girl" and the Garter/Bouquet Toss. This group danced to Salsa, Marengue, Bachata, Top 40 Dance...70/80 hits with a mix of Jay Z....Best Wishes to Nestor & Jessica....Thanks Roberto (D.J./M.C.Rob)
