Madison & Gabriel Rebelo celebrated their wedding at the Spanish Monastery in N. Miami Beach, FL on 11/25/2017. This amazing wedding began with an outdoor ceremony where approximately 100 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot. The cocktail hour followed immediately after the ceremony. All of the guests mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers while listening to the live steel drum sounds of our very own Brian Henry. I took the time to decorate the reception area with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and two LED geysers all provided by Eddie B & Company. As all of the guests found their seats I lined up the 6 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Madison chose Mi Gente by J. Blavin for the bridal party intros and Bring 'Em Out by T.I. for her and Gabriel's intro. The first dance was to By Your Side by Justin Nozuka then Madison danced with her dad to Puisque Tu Pars by Jean-Jacques Goldman and Gabriel danced with his mom to Ciclo by Jorge and Mateus. The toasts were given by Elysia and Jenna (maids of honor) and Pedro (Gabriel's brother). All of the guests prepared for a 4 station/buffet style dinner and the reception was in full swing. Madison did provide me with a play list that included top 40, Brazilian favorites, latin classics and 90s dance hits. What a great mix of genres for this fun crowd!! As the evening progressed Madison and Gabriel performed the cake cutting ceremony and the garter/bouquet toss. The closing song for the evening was One More Time by Daft Punk and that put a bow on an amazing Saturday night wedding. Congrats to Madison, Gabriel and the entire Rabelo and Pardina families.
Special thanks to the staff at the Spanish Monastery for always providing excellent service.
