Jackie Silberman and Pauline Cerrito celebrated their wedding at the Water Stone Boca Resort in Boca Raton, FL on 4/26/2015. It was a beautiful Sunday morning and because it was a little on the warm side, Jackie and Paula decided to have the ceremony and reception indoors. Approximately 70 very close friends and family members witnessed a beautiful ceremony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The ceremony was emotional and at the same time funny and as the happy couple kissed to seal their vows the guests cheered them on very loudly!! The reception/brunch followed immediately after the ceremony but not before Jackie and Paula danced to Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran as their first dance. During the brunch Debra (close friend of the family) gave the toast and the reception was under way. Jackie and Paula did provide me with a detailed play list that included top 40, oldies, disco, 80's dance hits and old time rock and roll. The guests loved the mix of music and appreciated that I played a wide variety of music. There were no parents dances or garter/bouquet toss but they did take the time to cake their beautiful wedding cake. Jackie's kids Adam and Emilee played a huge roll in the wedding and as I played Last Dance by Donna Summer, they along with the remaining guests gathered on the dance floor for a great big group hug and photo. Congrats to Jackie, Paula, Adam, Emilee and the entire Silberman and Cerrito families. This was my first official and legal same sex marriage that I worked and I know there will be more to come! I hope that they are all as happy and exciting as this one!! Special thanks to Fran and her staff at the Water Stone for their excellent service!!
