Wedding and Reception at the Wyndham Hotel / Deerfield Beach

On Friday March 30th, 2012 I played at the new "Wyndham Hotel" on Deerfield Beach for Giovanna and Miky Metru and sixty friends and family members. The evening started with a ceremony on the beach. I played "Marry Me" by Train for Giovanna and the flower girls to walk to, and for the recessional "Beyond the Sea" by Bobby Darin. It was perfect with the Atlantic ocean right in front of them as they sealed their vows with a kiss!. Cocktail reception was poolside and a variety Adult Contemporary tunes played for everyone to enjoy. I introduced the newly weds to "We Found Love" by Rihanna & Calvin Harris, and their first dance was "La Vita Mia" by Amedeo Minghi. The bride and groom were both Italian so I accommodated them with some dinner favorites and later the Tarantella and Ce'Luna. Giovanna danced with her father Frank Caporossi and Miky danced with his mother in law Carmela to "Vivere" by Andrea Bocelli and Laura Pausini. This song was well accepted and very much appreciated by her father. For the cake cutting it was "I Belong To You" by Eros Ramazotti & Anastacia, and for the bouquet toss I played "Friday Night" by Katy Perry. The mix of music throughout the evening was Italian, Spanish, and modern Top 40 Dance Music. We ended the evening with (Dirty Bit) Time of My Life, and they still wanted to party.
