Janelle and Michael Timothee celebrated their wedding at the Weston Hills C.C. in Weston, FL on 4/24/2016. This was a nice Sunday afternoon wedding and the weather was perfect for it. The ceremony took place outdoors by the golf clubhouse. Janelle looked beautiful as she walked down the isle with her dad while Michael looked on anxiously. Approximately 60 close friends and family members witnessed a beautiful ceremony then were invited to the cocktail hour. I played a mix of tropical tunes while all of the guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers and the happy couple posed for pictures on the golf course. Janelle and Michael added our signature "Strike A Pose" photo booth to their wedding package. As all of the guests entered the ballroom I lined up the 16 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Janelle chose Time Of Our Life by Pitbull for the bridal party intros and I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas for her and Michael's intro. The first dance was to Can't Help Falling In Love With You by Andrea Bocelli and Katherine McPhee then Janelle danced with her dad to The Way You Look Tonight by Frank Sinatra and Michael danced with his mom to Unforgettable by Nat and Natalie Cole. The toasts were given by Pricilla (maid of honor) and Alex (best man) then all of the guests found their seats for a buffet style brunch. Janelle did provide me with a play list that included top 40, 90s and 2000s pop, alternative and latin favorites. After everyone enjoyed brunch the dance floor opened up for some dancing fun. All of the guests got a chance to dance a bit especially the latin and Haitian guests. The merengue, salsa and kompa music was a great mix for this group. As the day progressed we did have a cake cutting and a garter/bouquet toss along with some fun group dances. For the closing song, Janelle chose Don't Stop Believing by Journey as all of the guests gathered on the dance floor for a big send off. Congrats to Janelle, Michael and the entire Timothee and Fernandez families. Special thanks to the staff at the Weston Hills C.C. for putting a smile on the brides face.
