Theresa and Rodson Anderson celebrated their dream wedding at the Morikami Museum in Del Ray Beach, FL on 11/19/2016. This is a very picturesque venue so I am sure that the photos came out amazing that evening. The ceremony took place in front of the lake where approximately 80 close friends and family members witnessed the happy couple tie the knot. As all of the guests made their way to the cocktail hour they were greeted with drinks, appetizers and the live steel drum sounds of our very own Brian Henry. I also took the time to decorate the ballroom with 24 amber colored, LED, wireless up-lights, dance floor lights and a 55" plasma screen with a photo montage (slide show) all provided by Eddie B & Company. After the cocktail hour all of the guests entered the ballroom as I lined up the 18 member bridal party for the grand entrance. Theresa chose Happy by Pharrell for the bridal party intros and Finally by Cece Peniston for her and Rodson's intro. The first dance was to Shower Me With Your Love by Surface then all of the guests found their seats and Rodson made an opening speech and thanked all for attending. After salad was served, Mr. John Anderson (Rodson's dad) gave the toast and the blessing of the meal. Before the first dance music set Theresa danced with her dad to Mi Nina Bonita by Ismael Miranda and Rodson danced with his mom to You Raised Me Up by Josh Groban. Rodson did provide me with a great play list that included top 40, 90s r&b and hip-hop, oldies and funk. And to make it even sweeter, the guests were very fun and excited to be part of their big day. They filled the dance floor after dinner and hardly took a break. We did gave a garter/bouquet toss and the cake cutting ceremony as the night progressed. I also took a few requests for some of the newer group dances and boy could this group dance!! The closing song for the evening was We Are Family by Sister Sledge...perfect song to end this amazing wedding!! Congrats to Theresa, Rodson and the entire Anderson and Garcia families. Also a special thanks to the staff at the Morikami Museum for another successful wedding.
