On Friday, March 4th, 2011, I had the pleasure of providing First Class entertainment for Kimberly and Luis Oquendo at Benvenuots Caterstraunt in Boynton Beach. We started the afternoon with a wedding in the courtyard and moved inside for the cocktail reception and reception. I introduced the entire bridal party to an instrumental version of "I Got a Feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas. Then Kimberly and Luis danced to "It's Your Love" by Tim McGraw & Faith Hill. Eddie B & Company also provided up-lighting (royal blue) to accent the ballroom. Kimberly and her father Richard danced to "The Way You Look Tonight" by Michael Buble. Luis and his mother Mirta danced to "Song For Mama" by Boyz II Men. A special dedication was sent out to Lori and Greg Blackledge (in the bridal party) for their 20th Anniversary, I played their wedding song "Europa" by Gato Barbieri. They cut their wedding cake to "Sugar Pie Honey Bunch" by the Four Tops. The dance floor was busy with a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Hip Hop, Top 40, Classic Disco and a few Love songs. We ended the evening with "Save the Last Dance for Me" by Michael Buble'! The couple will be spending their honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. Congrats again to Kimberly and Luis....DJ/MC Eddie B!
