On Sunday February 27th, 2011, I was back down the Florida Keys playing for Jen and Joe Turk, and 30 family members from Minnesota. This was another destination wedding at the World famous Coconut Cove Resort (where we are the in house DJ's). We started with a ceremony on the beach performed by Mr. Paul Bates (owner/operator of the resort). Jen walked to "Canon in D", for the sand ceremony they chose "Everything" by Michael Buble and for the recessional it was "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" by Isreal K. Cocktail hour and dinner music was a variety of Adult Contempoary hits from the 60's to the present day. Their first dance was the classic "At Last" by Etta James and they dance with their parents to "Wonderful World" by Louie Armstrong. Then for 2 and a half hours they danced to everything I played form funk & soul hits of the 60's & 70's to pop hits of the 80's & 90's, and todays top club hits! The last song of the evening was "Wonderful Tonight" by Eric Clapton. The next day they were off to Key West for their honeymoon. Thank you Jen & Joe it was a pleasure being a part of your special day! DJ/MC Eddie B!
