Wedding Reception Aboard the Caprice Yacht

I had the great honor of DJing Zach and Emily's Wedding on board the Caprice on February 19, 2022. The ceremony was held on the top deck. I played light pop music and tropical music like "Stir it Up" by Bob Marley and the Kygo Remix of Secual Healing while the guests arrived. Emily walked down the aisle to "I Get to Love You" by Ruelle. Her Father Dr. Leo officiated the wedding. God was watching over them because it rained but not until after the ceremony. I played "Rain On Me" by Lady Gaga and the dozens of guests moved to the middle deck. The rain only lasted a few minutes as usual and the rest of the night was gorgeous. I introduced Zach and Emily to Simply the Best by Tina Turner and they had their first dance. They definitely practiced and the crowd loved it. Emily danced with her father to "The Way You Look Tonight" by Steve Tyrell and Zach danced with his mother to "Thank You for Being a Friend". I played Whitney Houston "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and some other fun songs before the guests went downstairs for dinner. The couple had an open mic and many got up to give toasts. After dinner the guests came back upstairs and jammed out to Cardi B "I Like It", The Cupid Shuffle, "Brown Eyed Girl" by Van Morrison, "Living on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi and Super Bass by Nicki Minaj. Emily and Zach cut the cake to "This Will Be" by Natalie Cole. For the last song I played "What a Wonderful World" and did an Anniversary Dance to see who has been married the longest. It was Emily's Grandparents with 62 years married and she got the bouquet! This is one of the most fun wedding receptions I have DJed. Emily and Zach are a great couple and I was blessed to be part of their special day.
