On Saturday February 22, 2025, Austin and Madison took their vows in front of family and friends. The ceremony took place at the Richardson Historic Park in Wilton Manors, FL. While guests were arriving, I was playing Bossa Nova instrumental jazz music. As we started the ceremony, the bridal walked to “I love You Always and Forever”(acoustic version by Ella Meneau). Madison also followed after the bridal party to the same song. Austin and Madison finalized their vows and celebrated to “Badlands” by Bruce Springsteen.
As we finished up at the Richardson Historic Park, we all made our way to the Caprice Yacht. As our guests boarded the yacht, I played some yacht rock music and continued into the social hour. The staff aboard the Caprice were accommodating our guests with drinks and appetizers. I introduced Madison & Austin to “Mambo Italiano” by Dean Martin. After their introduction, they went right into the formal dances. Austin and Madison danced their first time as husband and wife to “Everything’ by Michael Bubble. Madison and her father danced to” Daughters” by John Mayer. And Austin danced with his mother to” Can She Have This Dance” by Drew Balldridge. When the dances ended, Austin and Madison joined their family and friends with the social hour.
The guests were invited to the dining room for dinner. Speeches and toasts were made. While guest were having dinner, I played more of yacht rock, Italian and French garden yard instrumental music. After dinner came to an end, the party started on the middle deck. I played the top dance songs of the late 90’s, early to 2000’s, with a little disco and some regeaton. I would like to wish Austin and Madison a long life of happiness. May all your wishes come true with each other.
Special thanks to the crew of the Caprice. They worked hard to take care of our guest. Also the wedding planner that was aboard did a great job with communication and taking care of our guests. Lets tip our hats off to the captain driving the caprice for a smooth ride down the intercostal waterways.
Sincerely
DJ “C” Chris
