Wedding Reception Aboard the Caprice Yacht

On Saturday April 26, 2025 James and Cherise exchanged vows  aboard the Caprice Yacht.  While the guests were arriving aboard the Caprice, I played some upbeat jazz music while they made their way to the upper deck where the ceremony took place.  As the ceremony started, the groom walked down to “ Matrimony” by Usher/Wale. The bridal party waled down to “Love Me Anyway” by Pink and Chris Stapleton. Cherise e walked down to “I’m Sure It’s You” by Shelea.  After they were pronounced husband and wife, James and Cherise walked back to” I Luv It” by Jeezy. 

At this time, cocktail hour started, pictures were taken on the upper deck, while the guests made their way to the middle deck for some cocktails and appetizers.  I played some Southern Soul, Motown and 80’s R&B.  After pictures were taken, we started to begin the formal introductions.  The bridal party walked out  individually to “Freak It” by Latham Grandy.  Then James and Cherise were introduced  to “ Shake That” by Bossman Dlow.  Right after the formal intorductions, James and Cherise danced together for the first time as husband and wife to “I Do” by Rotimi. Cherise danced with her father to “Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle and James danced with his mother to a mix of “Mama” boys to me and “sexy man” Nellie Davis.

As we came to a close to the formal dances, the guests were invited to the lower deck for dinner. I played some soft 80’ and 90’s R&B.  Dinner finished and we started to make the real magic happen on the middle deck and we started the party. They danced to modern day Hip hop, 90’s booty shaken music and old school Hip hop. Thank you DJ "C"
