Wedding Reception Aboard the Caprice Yacht
Petra and Todd celebrated their wedding reception aboard the Caprice Yacht out of the DoubleTree in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on April 11th,2026. Approximately 110 of their family members and friends boarded the Caprice that evening and were directed to the top deck where the ceremony took place. I played instrumental love songs to set the mood. Petra walked down the aisle to Air On G String by J.S. Bach. The recessional was to Signed, Sealed, Delivered instrumental by Stevie Wonder. I had the honor of introducing Petra and Todd to Superstition by Stevie Wonder, Followed by their first dance Wildflowers by Tom Petty. During dinner I played light jazz music while the guests mingled, then after dinner I pumped it up. I also took a few requests for some of the newer group dances favorites. Petra and Todd cut their wedding cake to Love and Marriage by Frank sinatra. As the Caprice approached the dock I played Good Enough by Cindy Lauper and that put a bow on a fun and amazing night cruising along the intracoastal.
