Wedding & Reception Aboard the Catalina Yacht

On 5/25/19 I was aboard the Catalina Yacht in Ft. Lauderdale for the wedding of Erik & Lesly. The ceremony took place on the top deck. The wedding party walked down to "Over The Rainbow" by Israel K. Lesly walked down to a member of her Christian Church singing a song. The recessional was to "Everlasting Love" by Natalie Cole. During cocktail hour I played a mix of 60's to todays tunes. All the guests were asked to be seated in the dinning room for introductions. I was the DJ for the night as a member of the church did all the M.C.inn for the night. Erik & Lesly was introduced to "Taboo" by Don Omar. As a traditional Christian Church blessing, Lesly was seated in a chair as Erik removed her shoes and washed her feet in a pail of water. The first dance was after to a mix of tunes. "Unchained Melody", "Better Today", "In The Still Of The Night" and "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran. Lesly danced with her brother (Anthony) to "Grande Es' El Amor De Dios" by a Christian Band. Erik danced with his mother (Leonor) to "Amor De Madre" by Victor Manuel. After a few toasts dinner was served. The dancing started with a line dance & a mix of Latin tunes to "Hora Loca". Great time for all the guests. Best Wishes to Erik & Lesly. Enjoy your honeymoon in Hawaii. Great job to the crew of the Catalina. Thanks DJ Roberto.
