Wedding Reception Aboard the Catalina Yacht

Michelle and Chris's wedding reception was held aboard the Catalina Yacht Charter in Ft. Lauderdale on Friday, April 14th. I started things off with a special selection of reggae and yacht rock as the guests were boarding for the cocktail hour. After some pictures it was time to introduce the newlyweds. I pumped up the crowd and announced the new Mr. and Mrs. Kolluri as they walked in to I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to Won’t Give Up by Jason Mraz. Michelle then danced with her father to I Loved her First by Heartland, followed by Chris’s dance with his mother to Teri Ungli by Pakad Ke Chala. After the introduction the guests we treated to an Indian dance performed by the close cousins of the groom and a hilarious toast from the maids of honor. After dinner, we kicked the party off with a while I played some upbeat dance party favorites and Indian music for all the guests to enjoy. I closed everything out to Perfect by Ed Sheeran as we all sang along before ending the evening. Congratulations to Michelle and Chris! I had a blast with you and your awesome family. - DJ ELOW
