Wedding Reception Aboard the Catalina Yacht

I DJed the wedding of Leonard and Valerie on board the Sun Dream on Sunday, April 28, 2024. The ship was decorated in beautiful Louis Vuitton colors and logos in honor of the couple's initials LV! It was a beautiful day on the Ft Lauderdale Intra Coastal Waterway. As the guests boarded I played music from Luther Vandross, Stevie Wonder and Al Green. The bridal party walked in to Perfect by Ed Sheeran. Next, Valerie walked in looking very beautiful to A couple of Forevers by Chrisette Michele. I set up the top speaker for Valerie's friend to sing a beautiful song during the ceremony. After Leonard and Valerie were pronounced husband and wife I played Spend My Life With You by Eric Benet. 

After cocktail hour I introduced the bridal party to Perfect by Ed Sheeran. Next I played Forever Is a Long Time by Jason Nelson as Apostle Leonard and Valerie walked in! Next the couple had their first dance to The One He Kept for Me by Maurette Brown Clark. After that Leonard danced with his daughter to Daddy by Beyonce and Valerie danced with her family to Because You Loved Me by Celene Dion which turned into Bruno Mars - 24k Magic! That got everyone else up on the dance floor. 

After dinner we danced the rest of the day away with songs from Montel Jordan - This is How we Do It which ALWAYS gets people up. Valerie threw her bouquet to Single Ladies by Beyonce. Leonard fetched the garter to Pony by Ginuwine. The rest of the night we danced to Electric Slide, Wobble, and Cupid. Leonard did a special dedication of the song What You See is What You Get to Valerie. This whole wedding was joyous and fun. At the end of the night Valerie and Leonard gave a warm thank you to their guests.

It was wonderful to be party of Valerie and Leonards special day!
