Andrea and Kenny Bernardi celebrated their wedding aboard the Catalina Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 1/16/2025. Approximately 80 close friends and family members boarded the Catalina that Thursday night for a 4 hour wedding cruise along the S. Florida intercoastal water ways. The ceremony took place on the top deck then all of the guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers at the cocktail hour. I played a mix of tropical tunes until it was time for the grand entrance and formal dances. Andrea chose Casate Conmigo by Silvestre as the intro song then they went right into Fascination by Nat King Cole as their first dance. Andrea then danced with her dad to Tu Sangre by A. Aguilar and Kenny danced with his mom to La Casa De Fernando by Carcas Boys. Everyone found their seats and prepared for a buffet style dinner. During dinner, the toasts were given by both dads then Andrea and Kenny thanked everyone for attending their amazing day. The dance floor opened up after dinner and it filled up very quick. I played a mix of top 40, heavy latin favorites and plenty of reggaeton. The cake cutting and the bouquet toss (no garter) took place as the evening progressed along with a few requests for Banda favorites. As the Catalina approached the dock I played Wouldn't It Be Nice by The Beach Boys as the closing song.
Congrats to Andrea, Kenny and the entire Bernardi family.
Special thanks to Capt. Robbie and the crew aboard the Catalina for always providing a smooth ride.
