Sara and Joey's wedding on October 25th aboard the Catalina in Ft. Lauderdale was a celebration to remember. The intimate ceremony, set against the stunning backdrop of the intracoastal on the upper level, was a heartfelt union of two great people. The groom walked down the aisle to All of Me by Aramis String Quartet, followed by the bride who walked down the aisle to I Get to Love You by Brian Catuccio. Once the two were pronounced husband and wife, the new Mr. and Mrs. Williams celebrated together while singing You Make my Dreams Come True by Hall & Oates.
As the DJ for the day, I had the privilege of setting the perfect atmosphere for the cocktail hour before inviting all the guests around the dance floor for the couple’s grand entrance. The lower-deck was brought to life with 12 gold LED up lights to match to the elegant decor, provided by Eddie B & Company. The magical moments continued with the couple's first dance to Wonderwall by Oasis ending with all the guests joining in and singing along. Joey then danced with his mother for their mother son dance to Like Jesus Does by Eric Church. I then invited everyone to be seated as we invited guests to the buffet for dinner. After some heartfelt speeches from Joey’s father and the best man, I turned everyones attention to the beautiful wedding cake for Joey and Sara as they cut their cake while singing along to Sugar by Maroon 5. Following the cake cutting everyone was back out on the dance floor we and partied it up for the rest of the evening. Every song contributed to a day of love, joy, and everlasting memories for Mr. and Mrs. Williams. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness for the newlyweds! You guys are great! - DJ ELOW
