Wedding Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

On March 11, 2023, Brent and Taryn tied the knot together with their family and friends aboard the Sun Dream Yacht of Fort Lauderdale.   Family and friends boarded the Sun Dream and were escorted toward the upper deck where the ceremony took place.  As the guests came aboard, I played some Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennet etc…..When the ceremony started, the Bridal party walked  to “You Are The Reason” by Daniel Jang.  Then Taryn walked to an acoustic version on “Faithfully” by Journey.  The captain of the Sun Dream announced their vows to them.  After they were pronounced husband and wife, the recessional song was “Waiting for you” by Russell Dickerson.  While Brent and Taryn were taking photos on the upper deck, the guests were enjoying some appetizers and cocktail on mid deck where I played some yacht box music.  Brent and Taryn were introduced to the reception area as the new MR. and MRS.  They had their first dance together to “Lifetime” by Justin Beiber, then scratched in “I Like It, I love It” by Tim McGraw.  Brent danced with his mother to “That’s What Mamas Are For” by Chris Lane.  Taryn danced with her father to “Butterfly Kisses” by Bob Carlisle, then mixed it into Electric Slide and invited all the guests to join Taryn and her father.  After all the formal dances, all guests made their way toward the lower deck for dinner. I played some easy listening country songs during dinner.  After dinner ended, everyone made their way up to the middle deck to get the party started.  They jammed to Disco, Top 80’s and a little bit of Top 2000’s

I would like to thank the entire crew on the Sun Dream that night. They tended to all the guests needs.  Also, thank the Captain for a smooth sail on the intrarcostal waterways
