Wedding Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Heather and Chris's wedding reception was held aboard the Sun Dream Yacht Charter in Ft. Lauderdale on Sunday, April 9th. I started things off with a special selection of reggae and yacht rock as the guests were boarding for the cocktail hour. After some pictures it was time to introduce the newlyweds. I pumped up the crowd and announced the new Mr. and Mrs. Halkai as they walked in to It Takes Two by Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock. The couple then embraced each other for their first dance to I Only Have Eyes For You by the Flamingoes. After the introduction I invited the guests to down to the dining deck for dinner and a very touching toast by Heather’s parents. After dinner, we kicked the party off with a while I played some upbeat dance party favorites for all the guests to enjoy. I closed everything out to Best of Me by Alicia Keys as we all sang along before ending the evening. Congratulations to Heather and Chris! I had a blast with you and your awesome family. - DJ ELOW
