Wedding Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Barbara and Ernesto Sanchez celebrated their wedding aboard the Sun Dream Yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 5/10/2024.  Approximately 40 close friends and family members boarded the Sun Dream that Friday night and were directed to the top deck for the ceremony.  The cocktail hour also took place on the top deck and that is where everyone mingled and enjoyed drinks and appetizers while the happy couple posed for pictures with immediate family members.  Barbara and Ernesto did not have a grand entrance but they did have a first dance to Nobody But You by B. Shelton and G. Stefani then everyone was invited to the main deck for a buffet style dinner.  Before dinner some of the guests made a few toasts and speeches then Barbara and Ernesto thanked everyone for attending their big day.  The dance floor on the mid-deck is where I am set-up so after dinner all of the guests came up and the dance floor filled up very quickly.  I played a mix of top 40, latin favorites, 90s and 2000s dance hits and alternative tunes.  I also took requests for more latin and disco songs as the night progressed.  Fun mix of genres for this very lively group of guests and as the Sun Dream approached the dock I played Sweet Caroline as the closing song.  

Congrats to Barbara, Ernesto and the entire Sanchez family.
