Wedding Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Carrie and Kyle Sumner celebrated their wedding aboard the Sun Dream yacht out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 6/7/2024.  Approximately 30 close friends and family members boarded the Sun Dream that Friday night and were directed to the top deck for the ceremony.  After a perfect ceremony some of the guests stayed on the top deck for pictures and some came down to the mid-deck for drinks and appetizers.  I played a mix of tropical tunes while everyone mingled then all of the guests were invited to the mid-deck for the intros and first dance.  Carrie and Kyle chose We Are Family by Sister Sledge as the intro song for the bridal party then they enter to Another by A. Doleac which was also their first dance.  The buffet style dinner was ready so all of the guests made their way down to the main deck and found their seats.  During dinner some of the family members gave toasts and speeches (some were very funny) then the dance party started on the mid-deck.  I played a mix of top 40, classic rock, 80s and 90s hits and country line dances.  Very fun group of guests that danced the night away and only took a break for the cake cutting and the dessert station presentation.  As the Sun Dream approached the dock I played Best Day Of My Life by American Authors as the closing song.  Perfect ending to a perfect wedding.
