Wedding Reception Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht

Aboard the Sun Dream Yacht, Lorna and John's love story unfolded against the breathtaking backdrop of the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida on August 31st. The sun set behind the buildings downtown as the couple exchanged vows in a touching ceremony, with the bride gracefully walking down the aisle to the acoustic notes of “Wedding March" by Felix Mendelssohn. The joyous atmosphere continued during the cocktail hour upstairs on the top-deck, where laughter and love filled the air. Following the cocktail hour, the newlyweds made an electric entrance to “Burning Love" by Elvis Presley leading into their first dance as husband and wife to “Unchained Melody” by the Righteous Brothers. I then invited John’s Daughter to join him on the dance floor for the father daughter dance before inviting the rest of the guests to join in. After a welcome speech and toast from the best man and the groom, I invited the family out to the dance floor where we celebrated with the newlyweds to some classics spanning from the 60s to the 80s for the predominantly older crowd.
